Build a Kennel for the Injured

Build a Kennel for the Injured

🏚️ The Problem

Our rescued dogs currently recover in open sheds, exposed to rain, mosquitoes, cold, and noise. Many get re-injured or fall ill again due to lack of safe recovery spaces.

These dogs deserve comfort after surviving cruelty, disease, or accidents.

🛠️ Project Goal

Build 3 weatherproof, insulated kennels to house 3–5 recovering dogs at a time. Each kennel will have:

  • Wooden raised frame

  • Plywood + waterproof tarpaulin roofing

  • Thick bedding + warm light

  • Sliding lock gates

🐶 Rescue – Lucky

Lucky was hit by a scooter. He had stitches in his stomach but kept licking his wounds due to flies. With proper enclosure, he healed twice as fast and got adopted last month.
