At StrayFeed.com, we deeply value every donation and the trust our supporters place in us. We strive for complete transparency and ethical fundraising practices. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully:
1. Donations Are Final
All donations made to StrayFeed (via UPI, Paytm, Razorpay, PayPal, or any payment gateway) are considered final and non-refundable, unless in exceptional circumstances.
2. Wrong/Accidental Transactions
If you believe you have:
- Donated the wrong amount
- Made a duplicate donation
- Donated by mistake (e.g., clicked twice)
Please write to us at 📧 strayfeed962@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with the subject: Refund Request – [Your Name].
Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
3. Recurring Donations
If you have subscribed to a monthly recurring donation and wish to cancel it, please email us at least 3 days before your next billing date. We’ll cancel your subscription and ensure no further charges are made.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
We request donors to first contact us for any issues. Initiating chargebacks without communication may result in being blacklisted from future campaigns.
5. Transparency Commitment
Every rupee is used for stray animal welfare – including food, rescue, medical care, and shelter development. Live updates and donation receipts are available on our Instagram & WhatsApp groups.
